Fixed.

Regarding the usefulness of this, I did an experiment with a user who did not use or \
understand imap, or even most advanced email functionality.  OS X mail was far easier \
to use, and these tooltips really helped this person understand what each folder was \
and what it's purpose was.  Previously (with outlook), this person was only using one \
giant folder.  I think they're very useful for new users, and yes, they are annoying \
for experienced users.  The point is to make KMail a bit more accessible to \
inexperienced users though.

Maybe instead of having fine-grained configuration settings, we should have a mode \
that enables a bunch of "make it easier to use for inexperienced users" feature then.
