Hm, monopd would have to communicate its debts better for this to work. The hasdebt \
attribute alone is not enough as a player can have debts to multiple players so debts \
need to be individually identied. This can happen on the "pay $50 to each player" \
card for example.

I'm not sure whether players should be able to trade all debts as they are, including \
player A taking over a debt from B to C or B to the bank. Or whether to allow \
consolidation only from the player with a debt to the creditor. Not even sure what \
would be more work.

I'd better start working on debtupdate first.
