patch for kdm/backend/auth.c

I'm not sure if the attached patch is the correct way to fix this problem
(another way would be to assure that TCPCONN and/or STREAMSCONN get defined),
but at least kdm does compile now...

FWIW: I remember having a similar problem a while back when I tried to build
XFree's xdm with Sun's X11 headers and libraries...
