I don't know but I think this bug can be closed. The account with APOP on 
libero.it works, on tiscali.it works and on inwind.it doesn't work, but maybe 
the inWind ISP has configured bad the POP3 server because libero.it and 
inwind.it is the same ISP and the server is the same: popmail.libero.it . 
Maybe the configured bad they're server. Any other KDE users had the same 
problem or they resolved too?
