There is some education in this that will get lost with the very short message. I always 
like it that a warning tells me WHY something happens (if its not obvious, that is). 
 
I suggest: 
By deleting the last text frame (%1) the text-contents will be lost.<br> 
Delete anyway? 
%1 = name of text frame. 
 
Dik: 
Bij verwijdering van het laatste text frame (%1) zal de tekst inhoud verdwijnen.<br> 
Wilt u dit werkelijk doen?
