I'd be very interested in this, too.  Basically what would be needed would be
for kcmkeys to allow actions to be bound to combinations of mouse events and key
events; e.g. "move window to top-left corner when CTRL, SHIFT and
left-mouse-button are pressed".

(BTW, this is a behaviour that was possible in fvwm, E, and sawfish, FWIW.  it's
the main thing I miss from sawfish.)
