Sometimes, some windows remain on the screen even after the app has closed \
them (supposedly). This normally happens with konqueror progress windows. \
And its normally the ones that appear and (should) disappear very quicky. \
Like the one in the screenshot, where i was opening a page from a link in \
an email. 

The window didnt close, and then sits above all my other windows & on all \
my desktops. I've been seeing this behaviour since the change to the \
kwin_iii codebase, which otherwise is great.
