updated patch for GetPid.c

Ok, I see, I should have looked more closely at the comments at the beginning
of the file... :-/

I've attached an updated version of my patch which fixes some obvious mistakes
elswhere in the code (and uses pid_t instead of unsigned int where
appropriate). And here are the results of the test run on my Solaris 8 x86
notebook:

torsten@edradour gcc -Wall -DTEST_GETPID -DOS_Solaris GetPid.c -o getpid
torsten@edradour ./getpid knotes 1
PID 1605
torsten@edradour pgrep knotes
