Summary: Scrollbar is not accounted for calculating new position
                    in Server Side Image Map
           Product: konqueror
           Version: 4.0
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: khtml
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: markusk@bnet-ibb.de

Version: 4.0 (using KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.0-test5

To Reproduce:

go to: http://gsm.yz.to/karte.php

Zoom a bit in, and choose a certain point...
Normally you can change the position of the center of the map without problems.
When you start scrolling the whole page, the new Center doesn't seem to be calculated \
correctly. It is shifted by the amount of pixel you scrolled before. Works fine with \
Mozilla.
