Usability:
Please remove the "What's this" button as a window decoration hint (or whatever it is \
called) since thre seem to be no places where the option has any usage in konqueror. \
A second reason is due to a bug in the file browser part; when I have a what'sThis \
cursor and click on an icon; the click is treated like any other click.
