Yes.

I'm not using HEAD in production. But this is easy to reproduce. 
Create folder, specify that mailing list is stored there, enter list 
address and specify identity (not default one). Copy some mail to 
folder and try to reply to list.

If you try it with 3.1.3 identity is correct, but in HEAD it's always 
default one.
