steps to reproduce:
1. Configure Konqueror > Browser Identification
2. Disable Browser Identification
3. The options get grayed out
4. Close the configure window
5. Reopen the configure window
6. Go to Browser Identification
7. Although browser identification is disabled, the options aren't grayed out.

solution:
gray out/disable the options on load if browser identification is disabled.
