ProcessList.c patch

In fact, "/proc/<pid>/psinfo" IS world-readable; all directories in this path
have the "x" bit set and "psinfo" is mode 0444. The effect observed is probably
due to the fact that many processes are created and terminated before
ksysguardd had a chance to get some info about them.

The attached patch against "kdebase/ksysguard/ksysguardd/Solaris/ProcessList.c"
should fix this problem by removing these warning messages.

regards, Torsten
