2 situations:
a) kmail isn't installed: what's up if an user try to send via external apps 
that try DCOP sending trought kmail? Any alert dialog for that? This 
indipendently by the presence of kmail in the system.

b) if external apps try to send mail trought DCOP kmail and there aren't 
account, could be a usability tip to guide an user to this process (create a 
new one mail account predefined). Outlook explorer to that.. a wizard to 
start using mailer (a new account | import existing)
