Summary: Usability: kmenu styling (background tile/different
color) to distinguish itself from other icons
           Product: kicker
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: jfirebaugh@kde.org
        ReportedBy: yatsu@wanadoo.nl

Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

A common complaint is that KMenu does not standout from other icons on the panel.

Using a background tile by default would solve this problem, but would not work \
nicely with various color schemes.

There are two ways this could be solved:

- Allowing it's own color to be used as background (the border being a shade darker \
                than the chosen color).
- Allowing the kmenu button to be styled.
