this bug (and BR#35394, which i've marked as a duplicate) really have nothing to do 
with the style control panel. as it stands, each style is responsible for it's own 
configurability, and as of 3.2 individual styles can have their own configuration dialog 
accessable via the style control panel. this is one step to being able to address what 
is requested. 
 
but the specific feature(s) requested in these wishlist items are really wishes for whole 
new styles to be written in addition to the already existing ones (keramik, Lite, dotNet, 
etc). i'm not even really sure if this belongs in bugs.kde.org =)
