I got this compile error from kopete/libkopete/private/kopetexsl.cpp:

kopetexsl.cpp:101: `xmlLoadExtDtdDefaultValue' undeclared (first use this function)

and a similar one from kopete/plugins/webpresence/webpresenceplugin.cpp

After searching for xmlLoadExtDtdDefaultValue in the libxml header files I found one \
reference in parserInternals.h of the form:

extern int xmlLoadExtDtdDefaultValue;

so I added a similar line to the two affect source files, which allowed them to \
compile. This of course is not a good fix!
