The 'edit news source' dialog has 'Suggests' at the place where other KDE \
applications have 'Apply'.

This is a really bad break of styleguides since the function is REALLY different.

Suggests does not even belong below the whole of the dialog since it alters the data \
IN the dialog.

Please move the button to a more appropriate place (I did not find out what it does, \
so I can't suggest where it should go).
