Summary: Activate original instance if another is started from
                    the command line
           Product: kopete
           Version: 0.6.2
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Main Application
        AssignedTo: kopete-devel@kde.org
        ReportedBy: simon@ulsnes.dk

Version: 0.6.2 (using KDE KDE 3.1.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

At the moment, Kopete checks if kopete is already running, and if it is, it exits. If \
Kopete could activate (e.g. pop up if in systray) the original instance and /then/ \
exit, it would be really nice...

I'm using lineakd to map my special keys to different applications, but I can't find \
a solution as to how to make it activate kopete if it is already running... kstart \
kopete --activate doesn't do a thing (supposedly because Kopete resided in the \
systray).

Hopes and wishes, ;-)
- Simon
