Hi,

in a german installation of kde head, the window manager does not respect the setting \
of the "on click into front-setting in the control center in the entry activation of \
the page window settings of the area display. (i hope these names are the right \
english ones, as i am in front of a german kde now...)

i expect, that a window stays in the background, when the setting is deactivated, and \
when i click into it, but now it comes into the front, when i click into the window, \
regardless of the setting.
