as MSN use KExtended socket, and should automaticaly use  proxy, following the 
KDE preferences. 
if FileTransfer does not work with proxy, it is because the MSNP7 (MSN Messenger 
4.7 protocol) does not support it. 
there are a support of it since MSNP8, but kopete does not implement it yet.
