I can confirm this. In 3.1.1, neither the cut buffer, the PRIMARY selection, nor the 
CLIPBOARD selection were set when a Windows client viewer placed text in the 
clipboard; likewise, these selections on the server system (krdc) are not transferred back 
to the client system. Tested using Windows client, Real VNC viewer version 3.3.7, 
Solaris 8 (SunOS 5.8) with KDE 3.1.1.
