Hello,

I'm using KDE 3.1.2 on Debian Linux 3.0, kernel 2.4.1.8. I have 512MB of RDRAM on my \
P4 2.2GHz machine.

Typical KDE apps I have running simultaneously are Yahoo \
Messenger,Konsole,KGhostscript,KWrite,KMail,K3B,multiple instances of \
Konqueror,Noatun.

When using KDE 3.1.2 everything may work acceptably initially but after about a day \
of use the windows become sluggish, maximizing a minimized window will take time with \
the borders and title bar of the window appearing very slowly and new applications \
taking longer to open up. If I close down all other applications and just keep KDE \
on,things are better but not for long.

I had this same problem with KDE 3.1 however it got resolved when I upgraded to \
3.1.1, now that I'm using 3.1.2 the problems back.

Really hope the above can be resolved permanently since I love KDE however can't use \
it in this state.
