In fact over nfs it still arbirarily registers the file as changed and it will pop up dialogs 
for mutiple files out of order.  This causes much annoyance as you try to find wich of 
the 25 dialogs is the correct one to close so you can use kate again. 
 
Maby we should fix the real problem (files registering as changed over nfs)
