Installed from:    Mandrake RPMs

Enable the startup sounds to start as soon as ksplash does (possibly if the sound is \
longer than time to run ksplash) so for example as soon as i log in and ksplash \
starts teh login sound will begin right then rather than just before the ksplash \
begins. If possible could teh time at which the login starts during Ksplash be \
configurable.
