I can confirm the bug. Tested with several people sending mail. Every time I  
accessed the provider, the mail box on the provider was emptied, and no mail  
was delivered to my KMail client. Althoug, I can send mail with KMail. 
I use dial-up with www.donobi.net, POP and SMTP. While I can use the Internet 
(both Konqueror and mozilla)as well as Ximian Evolution without problems,KMail 
fails to fetch the mail.
