Summary: No protect content checkbox on initial frame
Product: kword
Version: 1.2.1
Platform: unspecified
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: faure@kde.org
ReportedBy: michael@daclubhouse.net
Version: 1.2.1 (using KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: (testing/unstable)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20
- Start application
- Choose "US Letter"
- Select the "Page 1" frame
- Try and protect its contents
I discovered this while trying to create a "form". I would send the document to someone else \
who could type into the floating frames that were placed in areas where they should put their \
responses.
It worked ok with the exception of I found no way to protect the contents of the base "Page 1" \
frame.
