In kdemultimedia/kioslave/audiocd/audiocd.cpp AudioCDProtocol::get()

You use QString::latin1() to create LAME's ID3 tag.
So CJK string can't encode correctly.
You should use QString::local8Bit() instead of QString::latin1().
