This behaviour being optional and off by default is ok with me. All I want is being able 
to use it. In fact, I am using it right now. This option makes kwin more usable for me, 
and for others, apparently.  
And I don't see how an option buried in the third tab of a configuration panel, that is off by 
default could reduce usability.
