I agree with the original bug reporter. Just wanted to post a very similar bug report. For me, the 
Koffice workspace is unusable, because when switching between different documents or parts, the 
toolbar on the very left as well as the Parts/Document switcher jump around like crazy. This is very 
annoying. 
 
I suggest, similar to the original bug reporter, to put the parts/document switcher to the very left. 
It would go from bottom to the very top and be static when switching applications/docs.
