If kwrite is opened with a document name as a parameter, the horizontal scrollbar is \
missing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a textfile, e.g. "mytext", containing one very long line only.
2. Open kwrite without a document loaded. Then open the file "mytext" from kwrite's \
menu. Result: Horizontal scrollbar is visible (as it should be). 3. Open the same \
file via "kwrite mytext". Result: Horizontal scrollbar is missing.
