A couple of notes about my patch:

This patch only affects the KDE2 and IceWM clients, both of which historically
have the double click to close behavior, and thus seem to be justified by the
comments that Aaron posted.  For both, I added a checkbox into the
theme-specific preference tab to enable/disable double click to close, and the
default is disabled (KDE 3.1.1 behavior)

Is this a reasonable compromise?
