Confirm HEAD = 20030312. 
 
Two of the heading frames don't get rendered in the desidered positions. The text is 
cut in half for one (showing the date); it's off-centered for both. By selecting the text 
with the mouse and forcing a scroll without the scrollbars, I can put the frame pages 
in their "right" positions. 
 
Leaving for Konqueror developers to decide where the bug belongs.
