Summary: More than one channels are entered unnecessarily in
                    Ksirc
           Product: ksirc
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: asj@kde.org
        ReportedBy: gorkem@gelecek.com.tr

Version: 1.2.4 (using KDE 3.1-1)
Installed from: Gelecek Linux
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-10

When I enter #gelecek-linux channel in irc.linux.org, ksirc immediately enters
2 more channels named #gelecek-l?nux (where I cant substitute anything for "?" character).

My language environment is LANG=tr_TR, and I suspect that tolower/toupper causes this
problem somewhere in the code..
