You can select your sent and drafts folder in the identity. 
I'm sorry but it's simply not possible to translate these folders because you can select 
every folder as trash/drafts/sent and therefore it won't be sensible to change the 
name. That is possible with the inbox as it's a system folder which always has the 
same name.
