Ah, now I saw your mail on koffice@ and it seems to be about envelope sizes.
I don't know those sizes - can you list them for me, or provide me with a URL?

For admins (and advanced users) to add a new paper size?

I don't think this would make much sense - you need KWord to re-layout the
text for the new paper size, kdeprint happens 'too late'.
