When a SELECT tag is placed in a fixed-width table, the KComboBox can extent outside \
of the table. An example:

See the "Search Articles" combobox in the left table. ( You may have to enlarge your \
font size if it renders correctly for you )

Expected behavior would have the collapsed combobox shrink horizontally to fit within \
the confines of it's table cell. An active combobox would then display it's values at \
whatever width it deems appropriate for it's content.
