Summary: first table row gets incorrect size when specified
                    height lower than content height
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: khtml
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: r8@davids-welt.de

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.0.3)
Installed from: Unspecified Unix
OS: Other

As soon as the height attribute of a td tag gives a smaller value than the content \
needs, the actual height of the row is greater than demanded by the content. The row \
height is, apparently by fault, enlarged according to the total size of the table. \
This destroys the whole layout.

see http://www.davids-welt.de/khtml_bug.html for an example.

submitted to Apple as well as #3142584
