           Summary: cut-and-paste url's with EOL's won't load
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Mandrake RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: bryce@osdl.org

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.0.3)
Installed from: Mandrake RPMs

In many web browsers, if you enter a URL with "whitespace"
type chars at the end, the browser automatically ignores
it. Konqueror differs:

If you try to access a URL such as http://bugs.kde.org%20
konqueror reports "Unknown host".

This occurs typically when one is selecting a URL in a
Konsole window and accidentally also highlight to the end
of the line. Klipper recognizes this as a URL and pops up
to prompt for loading into Konqueror, so it would be nice
if Konqueror would automatically ignore the extra whitespace/EOL's.
