Hi,

 I've tried to create a new file, add some text to it and save as 
"errors.inc.php", and added to the project. It appeared in the Project Tree 
and the Files Tree as well. After closing it, I could reopen from both 
places, and I could also use File->Open to open it. It means that if it was a 
bug, it was fixed meantime, or there is something strange at you. I hope that 
you will not see this error in Quanta 3.1 final.
