Command line option for the encoder configuration are saved to the config file only \
if a user switch the item in the "Encoder:" combo box after editing the "Command \
Line" line edit. It is because "void EncoderConfigImp::loadEncoderConfig(int index)" \
method is called only on the "activated" signal of that combo.
