Did you perhaps do the following: 
1. Build Qt with 1 set of flags. 
2. Build kdelibs 
3. Rebuild Qt with SQL support. 
4. Do an incremental rebuild in kdelibs? 
 
If so, can you please try do make clean in kdelibs/kstyles and kdelibs/kdewidgets, re-compile 
and install, and see if it help?
