Can you provide input on that bug, which is related?
I currently have some trouble understanding IE's meaning for
offsetTop and offsetLeft.

You're saying that Mozilla supports them too? (I remember reading something
like that, but forgot to test it). Does it behave exactly like IE, especially
in the case outlined in bug 46738?

We need to get the full picture right, to implement correctly offsetLeft, offsetTop \
and offsetParent...
