Installation of 3rd party screensaver (kfireworks) works fine. Also tried uninstalling screensavers (kdeartwork3.0.3 mdk 9.0) and reinstalling, with no effect. Note: blank screen and banner seem to work fine. System: Mandrake 9.0 NVidia Geforce 4 ti 4200 (with official drivers) 256 Ram AMD Athlon-xp 1800+ etc.. All other graphical/3d apps/games work OK.
