This knode cache file of comp.windows.x.kde causes knode to freeze.

This testcase contains a snippet of my original knode cache file for the
comp.windows.x.kde newsgroup. The file contains a thread of three posts and a
single post. The headers were originally generated by knode and I only edited
it to remove some personal info of the original posters.

The first post in this file with the subject "Blah" is the one causing
problems. The first line contains the message id of the post and the second
line contains the message ids of the references (correct?). I think the
problem is that the post references itself. If the second line is changed to a
"0" (zero) things work fine. Once again, this is the way knode wrote the cache
file so something must be wrong when saving some headers.
