Package: kdebase
Version: 3.0.3-0.7

When I type "rpm -Uvh --test kdebase-3.0.3-0.7.i386.rpm", I get the following 
dependency error:

error: failed dependencies:
        kdelibs >= 3.0.3-10 is needed by kdebase-3.0.3-0.7

However, the latest RPM package for RedHat 7.3 is kdelibs-3.0.3-0.7, which I 
have already installed.  How should I go about it?
