Please do not ask handling questions as bug reports. This question was
answered multiple times on the Usenet, for example in
<mtj9q9.ii5.ln@bealzebub.ntlworld.com>:

This is hard to explain by Usenet but what you have to do is highlight the
article viewer, you should see a thin blue line which you can drag, and
just drag that to its correct place, you may want to do that to the header
viewer as well, and the typing viewer. You should after doing that, embed
the windows into their correct place.

has caused the attached bug report to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

(NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what I'm
talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration
somewhere. Please contact me immediately.)

Subject: undocked viewers cannot be docked
From: scottf@bigpond.net.au
X-KDE-Received: -203.45.156.79

Package: knode
Version: 0.7.1 (using KDE 3.0.0 )
Severity: normal
Installed from:
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-4SGI_XFS_1.1custom
OS/Compiler notes:

When the viewer panes becomed undocked and floating around the desktop , there is no \
obvois way to get them back inside the knode window.

May be an issue with the KDE widgests and not KDE's fault.
