when the location toolbar is placed next to the main toolbar (instead of the default \
of below) a long url will cause the toolbar to fall back below the main toolbar...  \
What's worse, if you get a long url in your drop-down history, it becomes impossible \
to place the toolbar next to the main toolbar.
