There was just one note config file converted wrongly, you don't have to
delete your whole notes directory. Especially as your ".KNote X_data" files
are still correct.

Thanks, the bug is fixed already for KDE 3.1. I'll backport the changes in
case we have another 3.0.4 release.

From: carl@ecbaldwin.net
X-KDE-Received: -12.252.12.246

Package: knotes
Version: 2.2 (using KDE 3.0.2 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: (3.0)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-bf2.4
OS/Compiler notes:

I have tried several times to change the color preferences in knotes. When I do \
this, the preference change holds while knotes is running but if I quit knotes and \
restart it blanks the entire screen rendering almost every other program on the \
desktop useless. I can manage to change desktops with kicker (seemingly the only \
useful things left of the desktop) and start up an xterm to kill knotes.

Then, if I remove the .kde/share/apps/knotes/notes directory and restart knotes it \
starts fine but, of course, without my notes and with the same default yellow color.

I'm note sure where to start tracking this down so I haven't included much \
information in this bug report initially. Let me know what you need me to gather.
