That doesn't work for ksysguard for 2 reasons:

1) The graphical user interface wouldn't work fine if in the background the
whole cpu power is used to calculate the process data

2) ksysguard is network transparent. The GUI request the values and the daemon
returns the values from the operating system. The communication between these
two processes is over stdin/stdout or TCP/IP. So we can't use a higher update
rate than 2 seconds, otherwise there could occur transmittion problems.
